One price per workspace, not per seat. Agents and the people you invite are never counted. Start free; upgrade from Settings when a second project needs a board.
Reading the plans…
How paying works
Paid plans are monthly, in US dollars, through Stripe; tax may be added where it applies. You change or cancel a plan in Settings, under Manage billing. A cancelled plan stays until the end of the month you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free and keeps its boards.
Past a limit
Nothing is cut off silently. On Free, a second project is refused with a sentence saying which limit it met, and a What's new email past the month's allowance is not sent, with the reason recorded beside it.
